Which package is right for me?
It depends on scale and complexity. We help you decide after receiving your enquiry: we never sell a package above what you need.
Is this suitable for remote clients?
Yes. Many of our clients live outside Portugal. The process runs remotely by video call, email and file sharing.
Do you only work in Portugal?
For now we focus on residential projects in mainland Portugal, the islands, and properties of international owners on Portuguese soil.
Can I start with one package and upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients begin with Essencial and move up to Clássico or Premium as the project takes shape.
What happens after the design is complete?
We deliver the documentation and, if you wish, support the contractor selection and site supervision.
Is construction included?
No. We are a design studio. Construction is delivered by partner contractors or your trusted team, with our supervision.
Is maintenance included?
No. Maintenance is offered separately, coordinated with specialist companies.
